My partner was referred for a root canal and was scheduled for two appointments. The first appointment went very well and apparently the root canal was finished at that appointment BUT NO ONE TOLD US THE SECOND APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED. And we even received a text message asking for confirmation and detailing the charges. No one likes getting a root canal! But, if you ever have to, please go to Clearwater Endodontics! I had tge best experience, from front desk to dentist! Dr. Weiss was so gentle and explained everything clearly! Just an all around wonderful experience, and not an ounce of pain!!!!
I was so terrified to get a root canal again but Dr Weitz was amazing and so was the entire staff in Moscow. It was so great that I started to fall asleep before they finished. Going back if I ever need another one.
I was referred to Clearwater by my dentist. I had a frustrating time scheduling an appointment due to a limited schedule on their end, I finally got it scheduled and 2 days before my appointment they texted me that my visit will be an additional 250.00 because of a certain x-ray they require that NO insurance will cover!! I was devastated that I was notified so late. Very poor communication I had no other option in Moscow so I kept the appointment. I haven’t seen Dr Clegg but I do see Dr weitz! He is so kind and so are his assistants. They make the process easy and enjoyable. Actually almost fell asleep with how gentle they are. This is my second root canal with them. The front desk lady (lacy I believe is her name) is very sweet and patient as well. Probably the best dental office I’ve ever been to.
