Claudia, front desk, was VERY personable and caring - loved her! Then, Dr. Yasin hit it out of the park! I have been to other pain management specialist and not even one of them did a physical exam and Dr. Yasin did and identified what he feels is the issue, and then gave a thorough explanation of things. The first time I called I spoke with a very nice woman who told me that I needed a referral even though my insurance doesn't require it. So I saw my RA doctor and had him send over a referral. I missed a call this morning and called back. Apparently this company has a central line and you don't speak to the office where you are making an appointment to go. I hate that I need to change my review because Dr Yasin is great! He has helped me tremendously. Unfortunately due to the lady at the front desk I had to find a different Dr to see. She has no problem lying to people and not doing what she says she will. If you can get past her, Dr Yasin will definitely help you.
Dr Yasin is a great doctor. He listened to my questions and answered them so I could understand. His office members were very personable as well. Highly recommend them for your pain issues.
Dr Yasin and his staff are excellent. The doctor talks you thru the process, is so caring, understanding and professional. Really appreciate those attributes in a doctor these days. He treats you as a human and not just numbers.
