If you're looking for a quick high for your personal issue, keep looking. This place is extremely professional, from the welcome staff to their doctors. Been going there about six months so far, and I have never been more pain free. Been diabetic since I was 8 am now 67 the neuropathy I have is off the charts, but thanks to them, I'm pain free. They're six star in a five star universe. Most excellent.
Dr. Mkandawire is amazing. She listens to you and asks questions to understand your needs. I never felt like I was just a number. She explains the procedure in a language you can understand. The staff was professional and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Mkandawire's services and consult with her prior to surgery.
Dr. Inai Mkandawire was absolutely amazing. She took the time and care to truly listen and understand my daughter’s long history of pain and back injury. The 1st 2 appointments were a little rough. Finally things settled down, it's been a breeze . Dr M is very good & the NP Razel is excellent, great bed side manner, listens & explain everything. My biggest issues are #1 when I 1st started to go & I was VERY unhappy, I kept asking for an office manager & till this day, I never heard from 1. #2. Update! I want to say I’ve only had my new patient appointment. All in all, I feel good moving forward. I’ll probably change to 5 once my next steps and appointment is completed! Don’t want to get ahead of myself- I went back for a procedure and it went swimmingly! The staff was kind. Attentive. Checking in throughout the little wait. The doctor herself was fantastic.
