I just love Dr M, she is the only Dr I have found who really cares about you and your pain. I would recommend her to anyone that is suffering from pain. I went through the Nevro trial period and it was amazing, I am now trying to get the procedure to have it placed in my back permanently. Thank you so very much Dr M for caring!
Dr M is amazing. She is really nice and explains things well. The practice and offices as a whole needs work. My provider ordered a nerve study and when I called to schedule that appointment, the call center told me I needed to have a consultation with them first. At that consultation, I was prescribed multiple pain medications, one being an opioid without discussion on how I felt about that treatment plan. Dr M., Is wonderful!! However some appointments the wait time in the waiting room and office room were unbearably long. Two times I almost had to leave and reschedule as to not miss other appointments I had scheduled in the same day. Two plus hours just waiting, twice now. I’ve been coming here for several months and they are rarely ever on time to see you.
I have been going to Clearway Pain Solutions for a while now. They have always "listened" to me & understood the challenges I faced daily with my pain. While I will always have a certain level of pain, Clearway helps me manage it better so I can have some quality of life. If I hadn't found them & thereby been better able to manage my pain, I don't know where I'd be. THANK YOU Clearway! CA
I found the staff and doctor to be very professional. And helpful The only minor issue I had was waiting so long to see the doctor. The doctor, took the time to explain a lot to me that I needed to thear.i hope I have as good relationship with this office and doctor. For a long time and to deal with the pain I have.
