Everyone is pretty nice. Curtis the tech was a crab at first, or so I THOUGHT. Then after spending a few minutes and letting him get his questions etc out of the way, he was very kind and explained everything before he did it which was nice when he is applying electric pulses. I really liked him. He is a Navy veteran. The dr was friendly, but not real gentle with the muscle probes. I would surely use them again though. I would ask for Curtis. He does a great job.
If you're looking for a quick high for your personal issue, keep looking. This place is extremely professional, from the welcome staff to their doctors. Been going there about six months so far, and I have never been more pain free. Been diabetic since I was 8 am now 67 the neuropathy I have is off the charts, but thanks to them, I'm pain free. They're six star in a five star universe. Most excellent.
I have to give the Via Disc procedure a 5⭐️ recommendation . I have gained flexibility and energy and lost pain and dread caused by scoliosis, stenosis and arthritis. I really didn’t think it would work. Iso far I had 3 lumbar discs injected. My final procedure is next month. I am recommending this procedure to anyone who has limited disc depth. The 1st 2 appointments were a little rough. Finally things settled down, it's been a breeze . Dr M is very good & the NP Razel is excellent, great bed side manner, listens & explain everything. My biggest issues are #1 when I 1st started to go & I was VERY unhappy, I kept asking for an office manager & till this day, I never heard from 1. #2. I have visited the Frederick location 3times. In each visit it was evident that the practice is geared towards staff & billing. The physician demonstrated no interest in my medical history, repeatedly cutting me off, offered no patient education about testing or the process of testing, she repeatedly demonstrated any respect for my time & expected me, the pain patient to accommodate her lateness of 75 minutes.
