Patient who has been going here for years was turned away due to not having an ID, which is not really required of a returning patient/sounds like complete BS. rescheduled and told she'd get a holdover for her meds (this was untrue) Not only that, they decided that they'd not send her medication to the pharmacy and close up shop half an hour early. They gave me a diagnosis of “chronic pain syndrome” when I consistently reported no pain. Now they sent me for X-rays on the wrong part of my body. I called them everyday last week, sat on hold for hours and they won’t return my calls. They are money centered not patient centered.
From the moment I entered the door of Clearway Pain Solutions, I knew I was at the right place for me. I was greeted with warmth and pleasantries by reception and my check-in process was quick and effortless. The reception area was clean, comfortable, and my wait to see a doctor was very short. My provider, Elisha Carter, consistently is up to date with my pain issues and ongoing plan of care. She provides me with updated information related to my issues and any/all treatment options that may assist in meeting my needs (to minimize/facilitate my goal toward optimal pain relief). Dr. B is the best! He gave me injections in my back that really worked. Just like he said it would. I had received injections before from a local, large hospital. Those injections only relieved the pain for 2 days. Then a friend suggested I call pain management/Clearway Pain Solutions and I called them. Dr. B explained he would go into my back at a different angle and this time the pain relief has lasted about 3 weeks so far.
