The reception area was dark which left me feeling it wasn’t clean. The receptionist was rude and not very helpful. You cannot call their office as they don’t take calls. They use an answering service. I called to see which parking lot to park in and was told “Daffodil”, which had been closed for over a year. They asked me to check in on line, which I tried but had to agree to receive marketing materials from them and others. For the most part, this is an efficient and well run office- seldom keeping me waiting to be seen for more than a few minutes. Although I generally prefer to see a physician, Provider/Physicians Assistant Elisha Carter is thorough and incredibly helpful and I am grateful to be in her care. My only criticism has to do with the billing department of this huge practice- it is centralized and handles billing for multiple locations and in my opinion is lagging way behind for a an organization of this size which has had explosi... read more
Dr Bednarek is a very thorough Doctor Who answered all my questions and explained everything to me. It was my first time meeting him, and I was very pleased with my visit. Highly recommend him and will go back to him.
Dr. Bednarek is a very caring and competent physician. He's helping me with the issues with my back, hip, and sciatic pain. With his help, my pain level is lower than it was before I started coming to Clearway Pain Solutions. Dr. Bednarek always makes great suggestions about procedures, etc to ease my pain, he's easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bednarek to anyone. I arrived 20 min before my appointment time. I was not greeted by the receptionist who had a very unpleasant attitude. She asked for ins card and Id and hands me a machine to look over my information. I told her I had a problem with changing a phone number and she still says nothing. This is not the 1st time I had to deal with her unprofessional ways.Then I was put in room where I waited 45 min to see the PA.
