Everyone was nice, kind, knowledgeable and informative. They also were patient and accepted us as we are—far from perfect. They listened hard, examined with targeted, physical assessments and sound treatment options that are actually ordered and delivered. They restored my opinion about medicine from almost a waste of time to it is relevant and helpful to living a full, healthy life.
Great practice. They treat patients with respect. Their front desk gal, Caitlin, is the best thing about the practice. They should give her a raise. She's a keeper! There is only one glaring problem with this practice. The wait time! If this doctor could better organize his time he could fix this ,long wait, issue. Currently, I average 45 min in the waiting room and about the same wait time in the exam room. It's hard to sit in a hard, straight back chair and and wait when you are in pain. I loved the whole back care experience. The doctor is patient and caring about the patient and ad how they feel. The office vibe is professional and considerate. The treatment that I received was on point and I feel 50% better than when I came in those doors 10 + weeks ago. Thank you Doc!!!
Great eqxperience from check in to check out. They have the best doctor ever. If you want a doctor that cares about you and honestly tries to make you better. Dr.MyChak is the one! He is the very best doctor I have ever had (in pain management) he dont just throw a pill. I have never had a doctor take the time to study my issue and try to fix the problem like he hs. LOVED every minute! From the first call to make the appointment(BTW I was able to see the dr the very next day!) To walking into the office in which I was greeted by a VERY friendly person who opened the practice/location and I hope she NEVER LEAVES...next was talking with the dr and ya'll know when seeing a new dr is tough! As you want to be sure to explain everything and that the dr LISTENS and UNDERSTANDS...WOW I was super pleased with beginning to end with the discussion to the game plan.
