Very professional dealership. I have been very pleased with the service I have received at Cleveland Ford. The service representative that took care of me today, Cleaston, was very helpful and polite. He got my truck right in for its servicing. While I waiting in the lobby, I received a video from the service tech going over the details of the servicing and his recommendations. The mechanic did a great job servicing my truck. He even sent me a small video while he was doing it. The waiting area was nice and the wait was not long. I was greeted promptly and taken care of cordially by the service associate. I will definitely be going back!!
The service department was quick and explained everything to me in a way I understood. They were fair and friendly I live in Hixson TN and I drive 45 mins to Cleveland Ford because they truly care about their customers.
If I could give negative stars I would. First and foremost I took my 22 ford edge in for a recall fix, and then I get called about them wanting to buy my vehicle which is fine don’t get me wrong. However I explained on the phone that I had a loan with it, and they continued to say “we will make it worth your time, it will be beneficial to you!” So I relentlessly agreed sure I will talk to the guy when I pick it up, which I did. I had a great first experience at Cleveland Ford for my oil change. Joseph Santiago provided excellent service, friendly, professional, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. The waiting area was comfortable, and my car was ready sooner than expected.
