The mechanic did a great job servicing my truck. He even sent me a small video while he was doing it. The waiting area was nice and the wait was not long. I was greeted promptly and taken care of cordially by the service associate. I will definitely be going back!!

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received at Cleveland Ford. My family has purchased two vehicles from Larry Hill Ford — which is now Cleveland Ford — and we were always treated with respect and care. Unfortunately, that level of service is completely gone now. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and had to wait a little longer than expected, but the service from Billy Dale Hummel was excellent. He kept me updated, was super professional, You don’t see that kind of honesty and customer care every day. I really appreciate the way everything was handled.
