Great sales guy Jeff Milsaps! Super helpful and was easy to negotiate and made the buying process easy. If you are shopping at this dealership this guy was awesome! They were generous on my trade and even though I was buying a lower priced used car the level of customer service was spectacular: Good price on the car and very reasonable. Financing was easy, I test drove made a deal and financed and was out the door in a total of 2 hrs.
I want to thank the entire team at Cleveland Ford for their help getting me into this 2024 Ford Bronco. Everything from start to finish was done with class and great work on Sales, Finance and other sides of the dealership. 5 out of 5 stars and definitely would recommend Cleveland Ford to family and friends. Just got a 2024 Ford Ranger Lariat at Cleveland Ford (CF). The purchase process was thrown into chaos by the UAW strike and communication regarding manufacturing from corporate Ford was non-existent. In contrast, CF was very supportive. I had visited other local Ford dealers. They weren't willing to help me find what I wanted. They were just willing to sell me what they had on the lot. We were traveling from out of town and our brakes went out on our truck. There was no one locally that had the part we needed. We called Cleveland Ford on a Friday afternoon to see if they had our part. Thankfully they did. They were also able to work us in on Saturday to install the part. We only waited 2 hours on Saturday. They provided Great customer service and great quality of work. Thank you Cleveland Ford for the great experience.
Took my F150 in right away. Polite and courteous service. Rich Kramer is an excellent Service Advisor and was very knowledgeable on Ford vehicles. The waiting area was clean and comfortable- which isn’t always the case when you’re getting your vehicle serviced. Overall it was a great experience. Even though it was my first time there at Cleveland Ford, I will definitely bring my wife’s Ford Edge there as well. Overall, a very good experience.
