I had a decent experience with Cleveland of Ford, I will say Ashton is absolutely amazing , she is very attentive to her customers needs. I love Ashton because she is not your typical sales associate, she was not over bearing , she didn’t call me a million times to see if I was interested , she figured out the best way to keep in contact with me and she just excelled at that. Once I arrived, the staff got my vehicle checked in promptly and kept me informed throughout the entire service process. Since the day I bought my car I have had it serviced regularly by Cleveland Ford! It’s usually a quick service, very thorough, convenient, nice place to sit and wait and the people are always so kind and professional. 😄. Last week they even came to my work and picked up my car and serviced it, kept me informed on the process and brought it back to me. THAT was fantastic!!!!
