Unplanned visit… walked out with a Ford Bronco Raptor. Very professional dealership. I have been very pleased with the service I have received at Cleveland Ford. The service representative that took care of me today, Cleaston, was very helpful and polite. He got my truck right in for its servicing. While I waiting in the lobby, I received a video from the service tech going over the details of the servicing and his recommendations. All the staff was courteous. My Service experience was easy. The staff greeted me upon my arrival and quickly took care of the servicing of my truck promptly. Zack explained everything that was needed and the experience I could expect as well as a way for me to reach his extension directly if I had any questions . Zack was informative and very helpful making my Ford ownership a good one.

Took my son’s truck in for an oil change yesterday. Their driver service offered to take me home since I had another errand to run before the vehicle wouid be finished. I accepted.and was taken home by a verY nice gentleman. I received a very detailed video of the engine compartment and under the vehicle suggesting several things that may need attention. The mechanic did a great job servicing my truck. He even sent me a small video while he was doing it. The waiting area was nice and the wait was not long. I was greeted promptly and taken care of cordially by the service associate. I will definitely be going back!!
