Unplanned visit… walked out with a Ford Bronco Raptor. I would recommend Ford Service department as a great place to go for your car or truck Service Repair needs. They want to help and are trustworthy. Billy is excellent in listening to what you need and knowing what to do and very helpful explaining it in a way you can understand so you can feel confident it’s getting done right. had a great experience working with JB (not to be confused with JD 😄) at Cleveland Ford. I’ll be honest—I’m not the easiest person to deal with when buying a vehicle. I like to make sure I’m getting a solid deal, and I definitely shop multiple dealerships to see who’s willing to be competitive. Took 2025 Explorer in for an Auto Hoild System Fault and Hill Start Assist Fault, along with a request for oil chznge/wipers/4 new tires/alignment. Oil/Wipers and Tires/Alignment done, no problem. They tell me the 2 faults have not popped up so they cannot diagnose/fix. Ok, i pick the car up and don't even make it off the property, both faults pop back up. I turn around, go back, show them the faults ON THE SCREEN and they say ok, we'll get with Ford and see whats up. The next day they call and say, we can't duplicate it, th... read more

Went out of their way to make me happy even when I was difficult to deal with. They also provided me with the best price within a 500 mile radius of where I live. If I were to ever buy a new Ford again Cleveland Ford would be my first call.
