I had a decent experience with Cleveland of Ford, I will say Ashton is absolutely amazing , she is very attentive to her customers needs. I love Ashton because she is not your typical sales associate, she was not over bearing , she didn’t call me a million times to see if I was interested , she figured out the best way to keep in contact with me and she just excelled at that. The only benefit of the visit was that I never had to go to the dealership. They came and picked up my car. Problem was not resolved. Took two full days. “I was told an appointment simply holds your place in line. And doesn’t mean it would be worked on at that time” I had the first appointment on a Monday. Didn’t recover the car until 2 full days. On top of that, the mechanic left grease and dirt on my light colored seats. Will drive to Chattanooga for service next time

I had a great experience with the Ford service department. Their automated phone system made scheduling an appointment quick and easy, and they were able to get me in the same day. Once I arrived, the staff got my vehicle checked in promptly and kept me informed throughout the entire service process. The excellent communication, fast service, and professionalism made for a smooth, hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend them!
