I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received at Cleveland Ford. My family has purchased two vehicles from Larry Hill Ford — which is now Cleveland Ford — and we were always treated with respect and care. Unfortunately, that level of service is completely gone now. Amazing experience at Cleveland Ford purchasing a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. There were a few issues I noticed and they were quick to jump on them and get them fixed toy satisfaction. Ashley was the best and made sure my 5 yr old son was taken care of and had fun while I was on the phone back and forth with the bank. Great job overall.
