Very professional dealership. I have been very pleased with the service I have received at Cleveland Ford. The service representative that took care of me today, Cleaston, was very helpful and polite. He got my truck right in for its servicing. While I waiting in the lobby, I received a video from the service tech going over the details of the servicing and his recommendations. If I could rate this location more, I would. Being from Florida, this type of care is not seen down there. We were taken care of immediately. Stephanie and Doug were both amazing! They both took their time to ensure we understood what was happening with our car. It was honest and sincere care and we truly appreciate that. It was refreshing to see that concern. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great service location.
Great communication with service rep. and tech's. Came in for 4 recall repairs, but only 2 of 4 completed. Recalls 21N01 and 25S53 deferred until failure. Got recommended 4 wheel alignment that really improved handling. $140 Asked for factory door code for my '17 Explorer Sport (bought used) that was billed at $200!
