Very professional dealership. I have been very pleased with the service I have received at Cleveland Ford. The service representative that took care of me today, Cleaston, was very helpful and polite. He got my truck right in for its servicing. While I waiting in the lobby, I received a video from the service tech going over the details of the servicing and his recommendations. The mechanic did a great job servicing my truck. He even sent me a small video while he was doing it. The waiting area was nice and the wait was not long. I was greeted promptly and taken care of cordially by the service associate. I will definitely be going back!!
I had a great first experience at Cleveland Ford for my oil change. Joseph Santiago provided excellent service, friendly, professional, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. The waiting area was comfortable, and my car was ready sooner than expected. Joe, the service advisor, was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He took all the protective items, such as the steering wheel wrap, floor covers, etc. out before we stepped in the car. He opened every door to the building and car for my wife. He shared a video via text to let me know what was going on with the car. He was truly excellent.
