had a great experience working with JB (not to be confused with JD 😄) at Cleveland Ford. I’ll be honest—I’m not the easiest person to deal with when buying a vehicle. I would recommend Ford Service department as a great place to go for your car or truck Service Repair needs. They want to help and are trustworthy. Billy is excellent in listening to what you need and knowing what to do and very helpful explaining it in a way you can understand so you can feel confident it’s getting done right. Went out of their way to make me happy even when I was difficult to deal with. They also provided me with the best price within a 500 mile radius of where I live. If I were to ever buy a new Ford again Cleveland Ford would be my first call.

I had a great experience from the time I pulled into the Service Department garage until I got into my car to leave the parking lot. I just wish that all businesses treated me the way I treated today. It was well worth the long drive for me from East Ridge to Cleveland to have my car serviced. A big shout out to Tucker Johnson my service advisor who treated me with respect and courtesy, great job Tucker, thank you.
