Got a roof rack installed on my Mach-E at Cleveland Ford. Ordered the part through Ford's website and had it shipped to the dealership. They called me when the part came in and got me in to get it installed the next day. Great service!
The experience was amazing!!! They send you a video of them working on your car telling you what they did to it that blew my mind!!! Customer service was exceptional. We made an appointment but we got there early and they took us right on in!
