Brittany the fill in manager was 💯 percent honest with me. Sad that she's only a fill in. She 1 of the most honest people I've came in contact with. She kept her word to me and kept me updated. I know I drove her crazy will emails n phone calls but I needed a place immediately as I'm 💯 %disabled n require oxygen and 4 breathing treatments a day. Once she had taken over only took a cpl of wks to get me in. I give them a 5 star with Brittany.
I can say it was a struggle at first I'm very happy with my place an want thank the corps office Brittany your a life saver an great person
The evaluation of the complex by Ms. Distel is corrected, this complex has many issues. The company runs the complex on a shoestring budget: management is in charge of two complexes, unable to keep a maintenance people. The site manager (Ms. Dampier) caters to certain tenants, while bastardizing others. Unless changes are made, I wouldn't recommend this place
Property manager is never in the office. If she is in the office she will not spend to you. Don't try to call because she won't answer the phone.
Alright apartments okay price right next to Walmart and Lowe's great for singles
