Called this business on Monday to take a look at an issue with my a/c. To my surprise, I was told someone would most likely be out that same day and that I'd get a call prior to the tech's arrival. Today is Thursday and no one ever showed up nor have I had a follow-up phone call. How does this place stay in business?!
If it were possible to give the Climate Masters in St Augustine a zero star rating I would. Unprofessional, No Accountability, the technician lost our check someplace, and they didnt bother to inform us until a full month had past. Anyone that has had the misfortune to have dealt with identity theft knows how something like this can wreck your world. This firm used to be a very good, customer oriented firm, but they have lost touch. Avoid Kelly at all costs. Doesn't care about the customer, doesn't return calls, doesn't, doesn't, doesn't.... I would recommend that you go elsewhere and save yourself the agony and pain.
