I was called to let me know that Nate was on his way to our house. When he arrived he came in, took his boots off at the door, being very polite & professional. We went in to where the furnace is & he explained the process of going from electric to natural gas. We stepped outside so he could look at the AC pump. After looking it over , he asked the question if it felt adequate enough, I told him just barely. My HVAC unit started making this constant sound that would not stop when on/Off. Climate Solutions was quick to get me on the schedule. Fabian was quick to troubleshoot the problem, explained in detail what needed replaced, timing and price estimate. Custom blower motor was ordered with repair completed in 2 business days. Friendly, professional and prompt.
Climate Solutions is a terrific company! They take great care of their customers, even if you live well out of town. Fabian was able to fix our furnace and get the heat back on!
