I was called to let me know that Nate was on his way to our house. When he arrived he came in, took his boots off at the door, being very polite & professional. We went in to where the furnace is & he explained the process of going from electric to natural gas. We stepped outside so he could look at the AC pump. After looking it over , he asked the question if it felt adequate enough, I told him just barely. Climate Solutions is a terrific company! They take great care of their customers, even if you live well out of town. Fabian was able to fix our furnace and get the heat back on!
