My experience at this clinic in Houston has been outstanding from day one. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to listen and answer my questions. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern technology, which gave me great confidence. I was seen on time, and the treatment I received was highly effective. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ health and well-being. I highly recommend them 100%.
very unprofessional. nothing even hurt and they told me my throat is “inflamed”. they just want money and are giving out shots i don’t need ! and also while paying, the nurse/doctor had her vape on the front desk. do not come here unless you plan to spend 300 dollars for stuff you don’t need !!!!!!!! i wish i could give it 0 stars.
Receptionist refused to talk to me, kept talking to her coworker. Edit: Office manager is incorrect, I was there for approximately five minutes attempting to speak with the receptionist. Receptionist kept turning to speak with the OM and kept acting like she couldn't hear me. If the OM was so concerned, why didn't she step in? The OM's response is a clear example of gaslighting.
I had an excellent experience at Rubymed! The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The facility was clean and well-organized, and my mom felt comfortable throughout her visit. The doctor took the time to listen to my mom’s concerns and provided clear, helpful advice. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare!
Don’t come to this clinic, there is no actual Doctor here. There’s a medical assistant that’s giving medical advice. Also the consult cost 30 dollars and she did nothing to help. Don’t come here please save your 30 and go to a real doctor’s office!
