I recently moved in and I love it! The park is in a great location. It's close to friends and family. My neighbors are nice and quiet. I would like to give a shout out to Frank, the maintenance person. He has went over and beyond to make sure I feel at home in my new house. Thanks again!
Lived here approximately 12 years, great people quiet neighbors kept clean and clear . Frank has taken care of any problems that have come up.Charlie is pleasant and helpful. Love it here .
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Dead rats in the street, rodents living under your home. Bloody neighbors knocking on your door in the middle of the night. Men beating their girlfriends. Neighbors growing marijuana in their backyard. I experienced it all @ Clinton River Community before packing my bags and never looking back.
It is a wonderful place to live. You have a scenic view of Clinton River where you can see the fish jump out of the water and has good fishing. There are swans and ducks which are my favorite. Community is well kept and clean. There is also a swimming pool. Wendy, Kim and Frank are wonderful. They go above and beyond. It is affordable and safe for children to play. There is no other community like this one. It is like a big family.
First time homeowner and am glad I chose Clinton River. My neighbors are amazing, it's very quiet and peaceful.
