I must say that when it comes to Frank the maintenance man here at Clinton River community I couldn't be happier. Frank has been beyond helpful with some issues at the home I have just purchased, he is beyond efficient, he replies back to me within minutes of texting him and also our verbal communication over the phone. We have had a good experience so far. Community has been getting cleaned up and some updated houses in here :) Staff has been helpful and kind!
Junk. Rent goes up every year. Designed for robbery. Been living here 5 years now I’m paying almost 200 dollars more than when initially bought. And I OWN my trailer. Stay away. Just buy a house instead.
I just moved in a few months ago. The sales people were easy to work with. And so far the management that the main office has been quite cooperative.
It is a wonderful place to live. You have a scenic view of Clinton River where you can see the fish jump out of the water and has good fishing. There are swans and ducks which are my favorite. Community is well kept and clean. There is also a swimming pool. Wendy, Kim and Frank are wonderful. They go above and beyond. It is affordable and safe for children to play. There is no other community like this one. It is like a big family.
