I must say that when it comes to Frank the maintenance man here at Clinton River community I couldn't be happier. Frank has been beyond helpful with some issues at the home I have just purchased, he is beyond efficient, he replies back to me within minutes of texting him and also our verbal communication over the phone. I maintain the irrigation system here. This is a clean and well maintained park. Frank and Charlie, the maintenance and manager, and both very friendly and helpful!
I just moved in a few months ago. The sales people were easy to work with. And so far the management that the main office has been quite cooperative.
We have had a good experience so far. Community has been getting cleaned up and some updated houses in here :) Staff has been helpful and kind!
Junk. Rent goes up every year. Designed for robbery. Been living here 5 years now I’m paying almost 200 dollars more than when initially bought. And I OWN my trailer. Stay away. Just buy a house instead.
