We purchased a manufactured home in this community about a month ago. I can truthfully say that we have had nothing but good experiences so far. The neighbors have been very friendly the maintenance guy Frank is incredible! He's definitely a wonderful person and very helpful. This seems to be a small quaint friendly community. We are very pleased.
I been living here in this community for over 12 1/2 years. When i have a issue with anything its addressed and taking care of. The Maintenance issues are completed in a timely fashion. Frank is awesome by trying to accommodate and get things done.I have used the community pool and club house and both are clean and awesome to use.
Just moved here about a couple weeks ago, my unit was brand new and some things needed to be installed and Maintenance (Frank) has been great anytime I call he answers and there is usually no long periods waited for him to come and help me out with whatever, my experience here so far is 10/10 pretty quiet neighborhood as well! Staff was amazing during signing and I can see myself being here for a while.
Me and my hubby live in this quiet community our maintenance guy is friendly pretty kool 😎 does good work and helps when needed the office manager is friendly as well and works with us to ensure we have a place to live thank you team for the support and peacefulness. Your favorite tenants C & J
Outta the other park I lived in for 15 years this place is buy far one of the best places to live maintenance responds fast even calling office they always answer zero issue quiet neighbors and neighbor hood super nice 👍 😀 👌 😎
