I lived at Clipper Cove Apartments for 15 years.. moved out 3-27-2026. The minor problems I had I would fix.. but maintenance was terrible, they didn’t care. I had central air and heat.. when it was cold heat didn’t work, called maintenance and he told me there’s no heat at all🤨 the young lady who lives above me works in the office… she is very unprofessional. It’s like she harassed me as I was moving out. I have friends who would like to move there.. but I just don’t think it would be wise.
My mothers ac has been not cooling for months now, the apartment is constantly at 80° in the summer and their solution is looking at refrigerant pressures and calling it at that, no actual diagnosis, and when we try and call and talk to them they enjoy giving attitudes to their tenants and their families. We had FPL come out and look at the disgusting evaporator coil that is coated in gunk and dirt and they said to clean the coil and they still haven’t come out to clean it. After reading your reviews. You can call it Deplorable Cove Apartments ! Lots of bad reviews. They should demolish it and rebuild to a new condo development with classy adult people to live there.
It's been two months since I keep calling the office about a broke air conditioning that's not blowing cold air, and every time the maintenance guy came he keep telling me I need to put the ac on 75 like I don't know how to operate in ac , at night it's so freaking hot the house because the ac doesn't work and my electricity bill 300 dollars because of a danm broken air conditioning, my husband worked for ac company he told them the problem it's not inside the, it's outside they need to replace the unit outside because it's... read more
The maintenance men, Ruben and Hershal are amazing!!! They are knowledgeable and professional. When ever I have an issue they are prompt and take care of the problem.
