I lived at Clipper Cove Apartments for 15 years.. moved out 3-27-2026. The minor problems I had I would fix.. but maintenance was terrible, they didn’t care. I had central air and heat.. when it was cold heat didn’t work, called maintenance and he told me there’s no heat at all🤨 the young lady who lives above me works in the office… she is very unprofessional. It’s like she harassed me as I was moving out. I have friends who would like to move there.. but I just don’t think it would be wise.
Have told them multiple times I’m not a resident yet they keep emailing me. I called their office multiple times to make sure I’m not on the lease and that my email is taken off and now I just got a bill for $1900 I have never lived here and looking at the reviews I will never want to this is a mess Person I spoke to today at 12:10pm was rude. Don’t live here If you never want your issues and problems solved. I know so many people that have lived here and I have a family member that currently does. They don’t fix anything. You constantly see the maintenance drivers all the time like they actually do something but they’re not doing nothing but cooking down from the hangover the had the night before. Don’t live here they never fix any issues.
My mothers ac has been not cooling for months now, the apartment is constantly at 80° in the summer and their solution is looking at refrigerant pressures and calling it at that, no actual diagnosis, and when we try and call and talk to them they enjoy giving attitudes to their tenants and their families. We had FPL come out and look at the disgusting evaporator coil that is coated in gunk and dirt and they said to clean the coil and they still haven’t come out to clean it. After reading your reviews. You can call it Deplorable Cove Apartments ! Lots of bad reviews. They should demolish it and rebuild to a new condo development with classy adult people to live there.
