I was extremely excited to shop here, as I knew the quality was good, and used to work here. Upon getting my cabinets, which I did not get a notification for, they were the Incorrect cabinets and damaged. I then had to contact customer service three separate times in order to get this fixed. When they finally sent new cabinets, which took forever because the delivery service did not have my address nor my phone number, they were not assembled like I had paid for originally. We've had a bad experience with Cliq Studios. We chose them because they quoted 8-10 weeks delivery. It's been 20 weeks and we still don't have all of the cabinets. Some cabinets were damaged during shipment because they were packed with no protection or packing material, just dropped into flimsily cardboard boxes. The replacement order was shipped within 3 weeks but it's been another 4 weeks and no sign of the cabinets. Worst of all is the embarrassingly bad quality. Absolutely horrible! Arrive late with missing items. Colors between cabinets did not match. Sizes were not as stated. Drawer slides were installed incorrectly and would not operate. Replacement parts sent were also incorrect. Probably one of the worst online experiences I've had and would never use them again.

We ordered our cabinets on April and received confirmations email they were going to be shipped on May 26 . It did not happen. We called several times just to find a horrible, poor, rude customer service. They set up another delivery date and boom same story, nothing got here. We also write several emails which many of them were ignored and the one that was answered lacked any greetings, not good morning or evening, just a short, rude message with another lie and excuse. Deceptive sales tactics! Went with Cliqstudios because they quoted delivery times that would allow our project to be completed on time. Since then the cabinets have been delayed twice, a month each time. Have blamed supply chain and labor issues each time, which were both issues at the time we placed our order, which means at best, Cliqstudios' sales team was quoting incredibly optimistic delivery times in order to meet sales goals. These cabinets are junk. We bought 3 years ago and already have to replace. They chip, they stain, and they’re not made of real wood. I would have never purchase knowing ahead of time what crap they actually are. If you are looking for a cheap way out and looking to replace in a couple of years then these cabinets are for you.

We spent 20K on cabinets for our new kitchen. First, we paid for the service to have the cabinets brought into our house instead of on the street corner. When the delivery service called us, they said they did not bring items into the house, they would only drop them on the curb (yes! 20K worth of cabinets). We called CliqStudios and they said there was nothing they could do about it! In the end they agreed to reimburse us if we found a local service to do it. What a mess! Half of our cabinets came damaged and poorly packaged. Seems like a lot could have been done if they spent more than the bare minimum on packing supplies. Clearly not a company who prides themselves on customer service excellence- we’ve been waiting for replacements for almost two months now. Have left several messages for the manager of customer service who seems to always me too busy to call me back (even when promised she would follow-up). Cliq Cabinets is terrible. Don't buy anything from them. As you see in the pictures the finish is deteriorating and Customer Service is ignoring my request to address their terrible product. I emailed them serveral times and they decided to ignore me. I'm furious and will be suing them and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Their product is garbage and they don't stand by it!! I spent over $20K with Cliq and they are treating me like crap.
