I purchased white shaker cabinets from CliqStudios. I received cabinets that were 3 different shades of white. Unfortunately I did not notice until a number of the cabinets had already been installed. I also had a number of problems with the quality of the cabinets. I have cabinets that are pull out cabinets, 2 spice racks and one garbage bin. 2 of these cabinets are not working properly. We decided to use CliqStudios for our kitchen remodel based upon the all wood construction and price point. The design process was great and the detailed renderings and materials list were very helpful. We purchased over $20K worth of cabinets. Delivery took approximately 6 weeks. Unfortunately, the cabinets had numerous quality issues: - The majority of the cabinet boxes were out of square which created headaches at installation. We picked the Rockford in white and they delivered on time. Quality was not outstanding, but Cliq was cheaper than our other quotes, so you get what you pay for. However, one of our base cabinets was sent with no drawer, just a face attached to the cabinet. Finally, after a few calls and e-mails (with pictures to prove it), we got the drawer. NO GLIDES. Buyer/homeowner beware. Our contractor recommended this company for our kitchen renovation. The pictures were beautiful on the website and we trusted our contractor's recommendation. The problems started when they got our first design wrong and completely omitted the windows on the design. We were told the cabinets would take 5 weeks after ordering. I typically do not spend the time writing reviews, but my experience with cliqstudios was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. Their service is initially very good — they have clearly invested in business development in their design and sales team. And this strategy appears to be working — I was told multiple times after multiple delays that they couldn't fulfill their promised delivery timelines because they were so busy. After a wonderful experience with our designer, Lynn, I decided to invest with CliqStudios on 7/9/2015. Prior to placing my order, I reviewed the itemized invoice to find that when the order was pushed from design to invoice, the Rockford cabinets that were in my design were changed to Dayton. I contacted our designer who quickly corrected the problem and sent me a corrected invoice. Due to their recent upgrade to their website, I was unable to pay online. They sent the wrong color cabinets! Management treated me very badly (basically calling me a liar)! At their request I sent many pictures of the cabinets in different lighting situations but they would not correct problem without me paying shipping costs to return cabinets and paying a 15% restocking fee. No assurance I would get the correct color the second time. I had a wonderful experience with the first kitchen I used them for but the second time was a complete disaster! Our cabinets came in damaged and did not fit our space. The company took no ownership of the situation, charged us a 25% re-stocking fee, and required us to pay for freight. Three separate cabinet companies came to our home to take a look at the product and all said we were overcharged and that the product was was poor. I am furious and that is only one of the facts.

Promised delivery of 4 weeks, 2 weeks to build, 2 weeks to ship. Great experience with the Designer, but once you pay, never a word. I ended up calling constantly to finally get a ship date. Then the delivery company, SAIA, loads and unloads my cabinets six times. When I finally received my shipment, four out of the ten were destroyed. My contractor and I ended up repairing on-site.
