The manager Diana went far and above my expectations. The facility is clean and organized, well maintained, and very convenient for access. The prices are also good compared to the others in the area. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could.
Staff was super helpful and after searching long an hard for a storage unit. Clock tower storage had the best prices and availability. Staff was also very welcoming and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Kevin regarding storage needs. Kevin is very professional and went the extra mile to providing me his solutions from both a operational perspective and storage space capacities based the information I gave him to the amount of furnishings we would like to place in storage!
Our stuff got stolen from this place. Someone broke into our unit, owners do not want to press charges and will not work with us. Their cameras have limited coverage. Had to pull teeth to get them to contact us back on our missing stuff. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not recommend this place.
This is our first time renting a storage unit and Diana was extremely helpful! The place is clean and I know our belongings will be secure.
