I've been renting here for 5 years now and am very happy with the facility. It's clean, well designed and the staff is super friendly. Last week Ashley helped me install their new app on my phone and now I can open the gate to access the facility without even getting out of my truck. Very cool.
Ashley and Clock Tower Self Storage made everything very easy. I actually forgot to close out my account and they noticed that my lock was gone and closed out the account for me. This saved money for that month. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Super friendly and helpful. Strange as it sounds I have never rented a storage facility before. Ashley was kind, courteous and professional and answered all my questions. They also had a move in special. Definitely recommend!
What a great experience all the way through, One time when my payment had failed because my bank changed the credit card number, they continuously tried to help me get the payment through and avoided any late fees and I have appreciated them so much. Also, of course, the place is super secure and clean. I did a pretty deep dive of about four places in the area, and this one was clearly the winner
