Erica took my appointment request and Drake was booked within minutes. Erica was professional, kind and understanding. She allowed us to wait in the car while finalizing admitting paperwork because Drake was nervous. After entering the clinic, the nurse took us directly to the exam room and made Drake feel right at home. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was in vet office today and refused service to my hurt dog. I had not been to their office in 2-3 years but they said I could not be waited on due to some type of "behavior". My sister had brought in the dog and they charged for services she did not ask for. I guess it was "bad behavior" to complain about it. I had used this vet. for years and had received cards asking me to bring my dog in for shots several time in the past year. I finally called and informed them I no longer had ANY dogs. We have used Cloverhaven since moving to the Tupelo area 9 years ago. They have changed ownership and have made some positive changes to the office. The staff in the back seem to be nice and caring and met us late one night to care for our sick fur baby. They also have a wonderful groomer. My complaint would be with the receptionist that never seems to be pleasant or cares about the customers or how they feel about their pets.
