Highly professional during both the sale and the installation process. My husband and I wanted a pergola with a motarized louvered roof, and Coastal Canvas exceeded our expectations in every way. I was a returning customer. The company installed awnings for us in 2006.
the whole process was simple and i was communicated with every step of the way. we even had to delay installation on our end and coastal worked with us in that regard. the finished project looks wonderful and we have had several compliments. we will certainly continue to use coastal for our needs.
The sales rep Brian was great to work with. Easy process. This was a replacement; although it took some time to receive the new canvas, the Coastal Canvas guys were quick to install. Looks Great!
