If you have to have root canal therapy, this is the place to go. Dr. Eddy and his staff are friendly, kind, professional and thorough from the first consultation to the actual procedure appointment. The atmosphere was relaxed and the procedure was painless. Dr. Eddy even called me the next day to check on me to be sure I was doing well and had no questions or issues. Truly a class act. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Dental procedures are never something anyone wants to do! Dr. Eddy was great, did not even feel the shot. Everything was handled wonderfully! The dental assistant Ora was wonderful also! The whole experience was much less stressful than I thought! I highly recommend their office! I also REALLY appreciate it when the Doctor calls you himself to check and make sure you are doing ok the following day!!
Everything was knowledge and friendly. I was relaxed and did not have to wait. The atmosphere was calm with pleasant music playing lightIy in the background. (70's easy listening). I had faith in the team who answered all my questions. I did not have to cross my fingers, toes, legs, arms or tense up anywhere. Thank GOD. My best experience ever at a dental office.
Is it possible to experience the dreaded root canal without fear? Yes, if it's with Dr. Eddy. He is simply the best and the most caring. It starts as soon as you enter the office where the staff greets you immediately and warmly. The tech I had was equally lovely and kind. Dr. Eddy goes for the least invasive treatment possible, always looking out for what is best for his patients. We are very lucky to have such excellent care here!
Exceptional knowledge, attention to detail and quality of services. State of the art equipment, process & services. Top Notch for sure. Everyone is professional, great communicators - true artisans!
