The staff are very friendly and comforting. The entire experience was fast and comfortable. I felt very at ease. There was no time where I felt scared or had pain. They are very good at what they do. The atmosphere was light and friendly. They use the latest technology and explain everything in a way that very easy to understand- allowing for questions and answers. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing dental work. Delighted with my experience!
From walking in, to walking out my experience was one of professionalism, friendliness and outstanding care. Ora was my technician her wonderful demeanor was calming and caring. Dr. Eddy was the same, informed me of my situation and let me know my options all while being very friendly. I would highly recommend Coastal Endodontic s for those needing this type of treatment.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt very calm and comfortable. The staff, front to back were cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Islam was beyond wonderful. She explained everything after her exam. During the procedure she explained and communicated what she was doing so I was aware of what was happening. Her assistant was phenomenal to say the least! She was upbeat, extremely knowledgeable and on point the entire procedure. I would 100% recommend Coastal Endodontics to anyone!
Professional work and follow up. Had a root canal done here and it went way smoother than expected. Very professional team and they made the whole process easy and painless. Dr. Eddy even called me the next day to check in and see how I was feeling, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.
