Is it possible to experience the dreaded root canal without fear? Yes, if it's with Dr. Eddy. He is simply the best and the most caring. It starts as soon as you enter the office where the staff greets you immediately and warmly. The tech I had was equally lovely and kind. Dr. Eddy goes for the least invasive treatment possible, always looking out for what is best for his patients. We are very lucky to have such excellent care here!
The facility and staff were very welcoming throughout the process. I had a root canal procedure performed. I have had several over the years and Coastal Endodontics was by far the best experience of all. The latest state of the art equipment was used to perfection. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing such services. I was most impressed with the friendly highly skilled technician and doctor who performed the procedure.
Had a great experience! Everyone was very considerate and did a great job on my root canal! Dr. Eddy was very up front and truthful with my treatment options. Loved the sharing of images via technology that helped me understand what they were going to do. I hope I don't have to ever have another root canal, but if I do, I'll definitely choose Dr. Eddy again!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Eddy and his amazing staff! Dr. Eddy is highly skilled, gentle and compassionate. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and always makes sure I feel informed and at ease. The entire team is professional, caring, and truly goes above and beyond to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
All the staff were very polite! The Endodontist (Alexis) was very efficient, very polite, and was always asking me how I was doing. During The first visit I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. I was also surprised a couple of days later she even called me to see how I was doing. My follow up visit was about the same. No complications she seems to have a very steady hand and seems to be very experienced and professional in her line of work.
