Everyone at this office is great. I had my first root canal and was a little nervous, but Dr. Eddy and his assistant Abby were amazing. I also had to call several times to confirm details about my insurance before making an appointment, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The lady I spoke with even took the time to call my insurance company for me, which I really appreciated. And it’s been almost 16 hours since my root canal, I don’t have any pain!
Seamless check-in, all staff were knowledgeable about their roles, and the doctor took great care to thoroughly explain and ensure my understanding of what to expect during the procedure, after care, and what they planned to do on my return visit to finish things up. Never would I have that I would label a root canal as a “great” experience, but that’s what it was. Thanks to the team for their ability to be personable, skillful, and thoroughly professional throughout this longer appointment. I highly recommend this group!!!
Was referred to you by Dr. Flanders at Prince Creek Dental for a root canal on Thursday. . Monday morning I was in the chair getting the root canal done. I was very pleased either the office personnel setting up the appointment, they were very nice and pleasant when I arrived. I was promptly sent by the dentist and the procedure tent very well. I feel great snd all’s going well. I would recommend them for any dental care anyone may need.
Went to Dr. Borgestad in Murrells Inlet for a root canal. She did an exceptional job with literally ZERO pain. She is extremely nice and puts you at ease and obviously is an expert in her field. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do I’m only using Dr. Borgestad and Coastal Endodontics. Her assistant, I believe her name was Stephanie, was also very caring and professional as well as all the other staff. I highly recommend!!
I was able to see Dr. Eddy very quickly as I was given the chance to fill a cancellation. The office staff is so friendly, pleasant and on top of things, to say the least. My procedure was pain-free and gentle. Perhaps most impressive, I received a phone call from Dr. Eddy two days after the procedure where he wanted to see how I was doing or if I had any problems or questions. Highly recommend!
