Can’t find an office with nicer staff than Coastal Endodontics. Dr. Borgestad is a very talented professional with excellent skills and pleasant personality. Her assistant Ora provided excellent assistance and made sure I was always comfortable. The office staff was just as pleasant. As a retired medical professional I can appreciate all the service and care they provide. They made a root canal procedure a piece of cake.
I was very impressed today with the services provided by all the staff. They were courteous and went out of their way to get me scheduled ASAP in an emergency. I couldn't possibly asked for more prompt service. Everyone was great. The dentist and her staff were incredibly pleasant and proficient. I would highly recommend this group.
Dental procedures are never something anyone wants to do! Dr. Eddy was great, did not even feel the shot. Everything was handled wonderfully! The dental assistant Ora was wonderful also! The whole experience was much less stressful than I thought! I highly recommend their office! I also REALLY appreciate it when the Doctor calls you himself to check and make sure you are doing ok the following day!!
If you have to have root canal therapy, this is the place to go. Dr. Eddy and his staff are friendly, kind, professional and thorough from the first consultation to the actual procedure appointment. The atmosphere was relaxed and the procedure was painless. Dr. Eddy even called me the next day to check on me to be sure I was doing well and had no questions or issues. Truly a class act. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Had an infection that needed attention and was seen on same day!! Office staff was courteous and professional and made me feel at home. Dr Borgestad was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and what the remedy would be. Sadly the tooth will have to be extracted. Only regret is she does not do extractions. I highly recommend Coastal endodontics, great staff!
