From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt very calm and comfortable. The staff, front to back were cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Islam was beyond wonderful. She explained everything after her exam. During the procedure she explained and communicated what she was doing so I was aware of what was happening. Her assistant was phenomenal to say the least! She was upbeat, extremely knowledgeable and on point the entire procedure. I would 100% recommend Coastal Endodontics to anyone!
Very nice people! No long waiting time. The scanner they used is very high tech and impressive! I felt like they were very thorough in their evaluation! Dr. Eddy is very nice and explained everything thoroughly, without using jargon I couldn't understand. Great experience!
The staff are very friendly and comforting. The entire experience was fast and comfortable. I felt very at ease. There was no time where I felt scared or had pain. They are very good at what they do. The atmosphere was light and friendly. They use the latest technology and explain everything in a way that very easy to understand- allowing for questions and answers. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing dental work. Delighted with my experience!
From my initial phone conversation with Coastal Endodontics, I felt valued and cared for. The staff was incredibly helpful, addressing my questions and concerns. My anxiety on the day of my appointment quickly dissipated once I met Dr. Eddy. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure.
