UPDATE: their billing department NEVER answer any of my phone calls over two weeks. I went to the office in person and they said they will leave a message to that department. I also emailed them using the email address provided by the owner under this review. Still no response at all! They do keep sending me the bills tho. We have been with Dr. Retino many years. By far the WORST change Dr. Retino could've made. She was my pediatrician growing up and I wanted SO BADLY to keep my children under her care, but this change is HORRIBLE. There's no way to get ahold of anybody in the office unless I drive there, I left paperwork for her to fill out and was told it would be ready in 3 to 5 days but I'm going on almost 2 months of waiting now and they told me they lost it, the staff is rude when you ask for help with referrals, I've left voicemails and never get a call back, etc. I'm a nurse ... read more
We have been trying to make an appointment with Doctor Rosario because she has great review's and every time we come it’s never her Doctor Rosario it’s always her PA. It’s very frustrating because my wife and I take our child’s care seriously and we spent a long time looking for the best doctor, But unfortunately we can never experience what we are looking for.
If I can rate this negative stars I would. Terrible experience since our Doctor switched to this company. Can't reach no one. Not even their own receptionist can't get a hold of them. Had to reschedule my appointments multiple time for blood work for my kids because what was supposed to be sent to the lab never was sent. Tried to get it cleared but nobody answers the phone. This has happened 2x already. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
The facilities are great. Their reasons are in line with their services. They've now moved to Mrs. Retino's old office. Pediatrician.
