Since new management kicked in the call lines and phone answering system have been the worst. It’s so difficult to get through to speak to someone at the doctor’s office. Sephora at the answering call was giving me a hard time when I was trying to speak to a Supervisor. I let her know I’ve been trying to get a referral since à month now. The referral department has been very bad. I’ve been in contact with the referral department supervisor and he hasn’t been able to resolve this referral issue for a month now. I meant to leave this review months ago because I was so upset but forgot since I just had a newborn - I came to this office back in the beginning of February because for some reason the hospital kept giving me the run around on who would and wouldn’t give my son a circumcision before we left and Dr. Golkarieh told me to come to the office after we were released from the hospital to discuss having it done in office instead - fine. Visited the Pomona location for our wellness checkup and had a great experience! We waited less than 5 minutes, and both the doctor and staff were fantastic. Fast, friendly, and truly a hidden gem!
Dr. Charles Henderson and the staff at Coastal Kids have been wonderful with my daughter’s care. Everyone is kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and make sure we feel comfortable and informed. The office is always clean and welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to make each visit a positive experience. I’m so grateful for the care and attention my daughter receives here highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a great pediatric team!
This providers office is unfortunately the worst pediatric care I have been to. My children were only able to see this provider only twice I believe before I chose to go with another provider simply because the nurses are absolutely clueless. There is no problem with having the staff assist patients even if they are still learning but if staff can not provide immunizations to infants or toddlers correctly , it is not safe.
