Today was my second time going there, and each time they took very good care of me. Their concern for my wellbeing was genuine. The first time I went, they called me that following Monday, just to make sure that I was ok. Today when I walked in, they knew me by name. Funny, because I knew them by name, and I’m horrible at names. I would highly recommend them to people for this reason. Genuine care and concern.
New treatments are always scary but the administrative staff, nurses, doctors and the doctors assistants were wonderful!! They treat you like a person and not a number. Individual attention and they make every effort to make you feel at ease! Everything was explained up front and by the time that they did the actual treatment, I was totally comfortable and relaxed! This is one of the most professional and competent visits that I have ever had!
These people are amazing. I was in super bad pain and needed an injection. They worked me in within days and it really really helped me. Received a second shot and am not walking with my cane anymore. Thank you thank you.
I cannot say how special the staff are. God sent me to the right place. All were amazing. Had prayer with me before the procedure and walked me through the steps. Stayed with me to make sure I was comfortable. When leaving all of them were treating my daughter and I so special. I cannot say enough good things about Coastal Radiology. Thank all of you.
