We received a bill from Coastal Radiology and paid the amount due in May 10th2025. We inadvertantly paid a second time when we received a second bill for the same amount on May 23rd. After discovering our error we contacted the number on the bill which was a local number that was routed to a foreign call center. We were told at first to wait 4-6 weeks. After that time I called again and told to wait longer. After the third call we were told that the money had been credited to our account in early August and when we aske... read more
