I would give this office 100 stars if I could. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, but this team truly delivered outstanding care from start to finish. Elise, in particular, went above and beyond. She guided us through the entire appointment with patience and clarity, taking the time to explain everything in detail. Our twins got their braces at the same time, so trying to keep their appointments together is sometimes hard, the staff have always gone above and beyond to help us get them scheduled together and at the location closest to us, to make things easier. Everyone is always so kind and patient. I would recommend Coastline to any and everyone.

My son just finished wearing his braces and they came off today! I’m so thankful to this amazing team for always being so kind and supportive especially when it came to last minute appts and wacky scheduling times. They even gave him this today - all the treats he couldn’t eat while he had his braces on! Not to mention his teeth and smile look amazing!!! THANK YOU!!! Best patient care ever! Highly recommend!
Excellent experience throughout and I've referred Coastline to several friends already. My son was with a different person for each adjustment and each one was wonderful. Easy to make and change appointments. Office staff is flexible and considerate of your time - no long waits, no wasted time in the chair, etc. We've spent almost 2 years with this group and don't have a single bad thing to say.
