The staff was pleasant and professional from my first visit and I have been going for 3 years. I would highly recommend. I’ve always felt comfortable and appreciated the personal interest they showed in me. As far as my treatment is concerned they explained everything thoroughly to me and patiently answered any questions I asked. Everyone is friendly from the office support to the doctor. This is the culture they have created in this office.
Coastline has the best orthodontic team, from the doctors to the front desk. They’re always friendly, easy to talk to, and do a great job every visit. I always feel welcome and taken care of here.
It was a great place, the staff was very nice and welcoming. They are very understanding of appointments and needing to reschedule. The staff are very professional at what they do, and they also make sure everything is going well with your teeth. Overall it's a great place I would recommend it to anyone.
Fast service and great customer service. They answer all my questions and gave me all the discounts for my sons braces without me having to haggle with them. They don't try to upsell me and get my son what he needs. I appreciate them!
