I had questions about the robot pool vacuum they sell, they confidently answered them. Very personal and confident
So disappointed in quality of pool when opened it after they had closed it last year!
After spending 10’s of thousands on an inground pool from Chochran Pools just under 3 years ago It appears they wash their hands with it all after a sale. Horrible rude customer service. Absolutely no help. They can’t even respond to getting you the price of a new liner after apparently you spring a leak they don’t even know of a place that comes out to repair said leak. They won’t even price me a new liner. Considering I purchased the pool and construction of it with them! To top it off they didn’t like my Facebook review ... read more
I actually wouldn't give them 1 star😒 They messed up several things on my parents pool. They are out alot of money and it's still not fixed. The parts even have warranties on them and they still won't fix it, or make it right. So sad to see people be dishonest and not make right what they did wrong and messed up. I wouldn't recommend this business at all!
Having our fiberglass pool installed was fast and efficient. Jim was very professional and always let us know what was going on as the pool was being installed. Pool looks fabulous and we are very happy with it. As a result of their professional work I drive 25 mins to their pool shop to buy my chemicals. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful.
