Dr. Cocozzo and team are always warm and welcoming. They work to accommodate crazy work schedules, are always friendly - and you can tell they have a great culture and work environment in the office, as it is evident in every interaction with the team. Always on time, and always a great experience. Very happy with Dr. Cocozzo and team.
I highly recommend Dr Cocozzo and her Staff! I've gone in for 2 cleanings since the start of the pandemic and I've even taken in my kids twice and I've felt very comfortable with their cleaning measures & precautions! We've been using this office for ~4 or 5 years, I've never had a bad experience. The hygienists are friendly, gentle and extremely thorough. Dr. Cocozzo dropped me as a patient with absolutely zero provocation or explaination. I've never missed an appointment, paid all bills and never had negative interactions. The letter I received said "I find it necessary to inform you that as of today, 4/12/2022, I will no longer be able to provide you with dental care because of a disruption of the doctor/patient relationship." Stay away from this place. I have never written a bad review in my life, but good God am I writing one today. In 2020 I noticed the filling they had done a few months prior was completely discolored (brown), when I called and emailed pictures that were taken from a different office they told me the discoloration was from drinking coffee and smoking, both are things I do not do! Not trustworthy. I was systematically being ripped off. Dont trust the smiling face. She is only cares about $$$.
