I was represented by BD&J law firm after being rear ended by a semi truck. I called cohen and Marzban to ask if what my attorney was telling me was true. That they could get my $600k plus back surgery reduced to under $200k. Cohen and Marzban called me back and said my attorney never filed loss of consortium case for my wife and that millions of dollars could be left on the table. Cohen & Marzban lied to us and are attempting to now steal our settlement. I was rear ended by a semi truck. Another law firm was working with me. Cohen and Marzban took over after convincing me that not only did I have a case but so did my wife for loss of consortium. After they took over they could never get a Dr scheduled for me.
