I contacted Hunter with Coit cleaning to clean and fill my travertine floors. Their scrubbing machine broke while cleaning the floors but they continued to fill the gaps of a dirty floor. I sent the owner messages telling him that they were filling a floor that still had dirt. Unsurprisingly the fill started coming out of the gaps in under a year. After months of phone calls, the owner offered to redo the floors if I paid for the materials. This solution is unacceptable as I paid for it to be done correctly the first time. ... read more
