Mike cleaned our living room carpet, hallway, and stairs. The carpet looks refreshed and the results were better than expected. We paid just under $200 and would definitely use Coit again.

I realize that part of the reason this worked out so well was timing. I needed them on a Saturday afternoon and they had an open slot. But still, I want to emphasize that everything with the service was great. The mechanic showed up at the appointed hour. Took a look at the job. Fixed the problem. I paid (via credit card). And everything was done. No muss. No fuss.

I called Coit to clean a small blood stain on my carpet in the dining room. For the basic fee they spot cleaned the area and cleaned the rest of the dining room and spot cleaned a small area that I had spilled coffee. They explained that it may come back the next day. It did they came right back and cleaned it again. It was perfect. The technician was very professional and thorough. I have never had such a great experience with a carpet company before.
