We moved into an apartment which had it's carpets "cleaned" by COIT. Carepts felt like they had a powder left on them, and when I went to see if I could work out the remaining stains in the carpet my little home carpet cleaner pulled up so much disgusting mess from the carpet I doubt they were ever properly touched beyond a deodorizer. They do offer a 30 day satisfaction return but unfortunately our move in did not fall in that time frame. Cleaner has been 3times- first to clean, second to try a second time to remove stains , third time to clean areas again. A senior cleaner will come again to reclean a coffee stain on a chair where the first cleaner missed a lot of it and to clean three spots the first cleaner left on the seat of the chair and clean the fringe on the carpet where the first cleaner laid a wand that leaked onto the carpet and fringe which is now stained. The first cleaner is a young, very pleasant person who needs MORE TRAINING!!!

I must say, from start to finish, we were very pleased with Coit. We had them for duct cleaning. During the initial service discussion, I felt the agent was honest, and genuinely cared about helping us get the most appropriate level of service. On the day of the work, Coit's vehicle arrived on time, and looked very clean. The technician had everything needed, and was very careful about protecting my railing and flooring from accidental damage. He was very polite and thorough and a fast worker - in everything he did. We had some Hunter horizontal blinds that collected dust and dirt over 8 years. We contacted Coit. Chris responded very quickly and an appointment was set up for an estimate. He arrived and with 5 minutes we had a written quote. He informed me the blinds would be ready in ten days. To the day, we received a text from Chris that he would drop them off.
