This place is really great! You get in & out so quickly; almost never late. The staff is so friendly & welcoming (front desk, nurses, my provider (Colby Pacheco, NP), and anyone else I’ve ever run into!
Everyone has been so nice and Colby is such a patient person, I am truly happy I chose to reach out!
Waited weeks for an appointment with Colby Pacheco. 1.5 hour before appointment time I got a phone call requesting I switch to telehealth. I’m told I’ll get a link. Got no link. Called 10 minutes before appointment time and waited 6 minutes on the phone to speak to a human. Gave up. Never got a link.
Colby was fantastic to work with. He explained things so well and was very patient with me. He has a soothing voice and demeanor. I loved his cozy and relaxing office, and he had good visual charts to help explain more complex concepts. Thanks for your help, Colby!
