CLS Bloomfield, CT has been my 5* since 2019, until now, as I have to go elsewhere. The new Phlebotomist in 2025 August to September harsh attitude of drawing blood leave heavy soreness in my arm. She dont care, just jab the needle! If I were not accustomed to needles I would react strongly and possible cause the needle to break in my arm. So, I will not go there again but out of town.
Had a great experience getting routine blood work here! I didn't have an appointment, so I decided to come first thing on a Saturday morning. There was a take-a-number system for walk-in individuals that worked pretty well. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. The wait wasn't long at all. The phlebotomist was kind and nice - I am afraid of needles and she respected my requests. I didn't feel a thing! Overall very happy with my experience here!
Been going here for years and have always had the best experience. It is difficult to draw my blood and Roz omg she is amazing she makes sure she takes me and she gets it right everytime. She's always pleasant and funny really love this place!!!
Horrible experience. I'm a 70 year old woman who has had blood drawn over 100 times in my life. I made an appointment but still waited over 30 minutes and when I mentioned that to the woman who took my blood she said "we don't look at that". The reason I am writing this is not because of the wait but because she hurt me. I suffered a huge hematoma under my skin that was as hard as a rock and looks like I was hit with a baseball bat. This is the most unprofessional lab I’ve been in yet. I truly did not want to spend my Saturday morning here waiting and listening to load music and women singing off key. I Dont like the way they handle PHI and the gossip that I heard about other people lives. We are here to have blood drawn not for a drama show. Was there for over and hour. I have two because when we finally got back there they were respectful to my mother.
