I found Colleen to be a fantastic listener. She speaks with genuine kindness, and I truly feel that she cares about me. Before starting the program, I assumed it would feel robotic, but I was happily surprised by how warm and human Colleen is. When we discussed my issues, she actively responded to my thoughts. I deeply appreciated that she never took a 'my way or the highway' approach. It felt great to be an active participant rather than just an observer in my own healthcare.
Colleen was wonderful. I felt very comfortable with her on my first visit! I am so happy my first provider wanted me to find someone else!!
Dr. Chausse is very polite and friendly and a good listener. Easy to talk to and helps with questions I have. I am glad I found her when I needed to change providers. She is awesome!
