What could improve? EVERYTHING. They love you, UNTIL YOU MOVE IN. Then you can't get in touch with them. And maintenance is a joke. Live and learn.
So how do I begin this well let's start with im a maintenance technician for a real estate company, and to my surprise when I put a work order in for some ants in my apartment I was told by a office lady that I should do it my self since I know how to. I shouldn't have to do my own maintenance when I pay Collier park to do it for me. Just saying this as a maintenance technician management sucks and tbh they over work there staff
NEW MANAGEMENT - CHAMPION - IS HORRIBLE! I have lived here for 4 years with no issues until Champion bought them and became the new management. Our car (with the parking permit) was in the shop having some work done, so we went in to get a temporary parking pass. The woman in the office made us wait for 20 minutes while she made phone calls and typed on her computer. Boring and racist (I myself do not even subscribe to and nor do I believe in that thing called racism but according to society that is the way it is) from staff to tenants do these people not realize that one day they too shall also die :) no time for hate in my life sorry guys have nothing personal against any of my fellow earth creatures :) ps: They claim on their brochure that the is pool very clean and sparkling well I beg to differ because I have not once ever seen it cleaned or at least attempted to be clean nor spar... read more
Collier Park was a huge disappointment. At first the two managers there at the leasing office were very nice. Until I signed the lease, and then they were condescending and downright rude and unprofessional for the remainder of my stay. When I looked at the place I eventually rented, I walked it with one of the ladies of the leasing office. The place smelled like smoke and I asked if the carpets were going to be cleaned - she assured me the walls would be painted and the carpets would be cleaned prior to my moving in.
