Colliers recently installed a new furnace and water heater in my mother's home. The scheduling was timely and the installer (Hunter) was knowledgeable and efficient.
We purchased our pellet stove from Colliers about 6 years ago and have had them out to repair/provide maintenance every year since. All was well until this year. We called in October for cleaning and to address the issue we had last year. They scheduled us for November. No one showed. They called and apologized and scheduled someone for 2 weeks later.
