Rick came out to check our furnace before winter, after it refused to fire during a test run — and wow, are we glad he did! After years of using another company and dealing with the same repairs over and over, it was such a relief to finally get honest answers. Patrick was very personable, polite, and professional. He installed a new whole-house air purifier and explained how it works and what to expect. We have been with Collier’s since moving to Warsaw 34 years ago and have always appreciated their timely and efficient service. We highly recommend them.
DO NOT TRY TO ORDER FIREPLACE PARTS FROM HERE!!! We purchased our wood burning stove 6 years ago from Collier's. The installation was excellent, no complaints there. This year in September, my man tried ordering catalysts for the back of the fireplace. He new they were getting worn out and we would need them before winter time. This summer, our A/C stopped working. We called Collier’s and they sent someone the next day. The problem was fixed, but the tech was very honest about the fact that the A/C would not last for years to come. We appreciated that honesty, and it was not surprising for the age of the A/C. Let me state that I can be cynical and my trust is not given on demand, but I knew he was being honest about it. Matt was very courteous and respectful of my home and made my fireplace look like new.
