This team is very dedicated, kind and all MASTERS at their craft! I'm so glad I stumbled upon their page and gave them a try. Such a different experience than I've had elsewhere. I had an overall great experience at Dr. Collin’s Dental Clinic in past year. I had complete dental implants constructed there. From the very beginning to the end the entire team including their fierce Dr. Collin’s professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, caring and most importantly paying attention to exceeding my expectations. Very positive experience for wisdom teeth removal for one of my kids...from the phone call the night before for final instructions, to the helpful descriptions regarding the procedure and post operation care, we were in good hands from start to finish.
Had us wait 2 hour after doing paperwork ( emergency visit) to THEN tell us, how much was due immediately. Why would you not tell somebody that when they filled out the paperwork two hours prior? Why would you do an exam and two x-rays and then say it’s gonna be $200 to have a tooth pulled… with insurance.
We had a very good experience today. Dr. Collins is very knowledgeable and through. The staff is wonderful and the office is warm and beautiful. We will be back.
