Always dependable, fixed my 2021 Toyota Tundra after I hit a deer on the way to work.
Dale at CRS was super helpful when my daughter crashed her Volvo and had to repair it out of pocket. He advised her of the most cost effective options keeping in mind safety and value. I highly recommend them!
They wouldn't have asked either of their businesses to put a clutch in my car. They don't work on engines. But both were courteous and I got the names of two local mechanics.
Had my the tailgate on my Jeep replaced here and they did an amazing job! Dale was able to get me in at the last minute for a quick estimate and emailed everything right over. I dropped of my Jeep the following week, picked up a rental (they work with Enterprise) and I had my truck back in a few days. Very smooth and easy! 10/10 would recommend.
Was not really sure where to turn when my wife had a small accident. Contacted Dale at CRS and he took the time to explain what CRS could do with our insurance and how it would be seamless for us. And it was, dropped the truck off and after the holidays it was ready and looked fantastic. Many thanks to Dale and the CRS team for a great job and assisting us in understanding the best course of action to take!
Dale, the body shop manager, was great! He was extremely helpful and quick to get my vehicle fixed. I was very pleased with the end product. I would highly recommend CRS!
My brand new van is being converted to an RV. I purchased 3 windows for it and wasn't too experienced in cutting so thought I would take it in to get them all installed. Very nice group of military veterans work there. Picked up my van today and it was dirty inside after the installation. I've had my car repaired twice by CRS in the span of about 3 years and their quality of service has not wavered. They seem to have grown their business substantially from the last time I was in, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to provide the same quality, but they certainly did. I worked with Jeremy who was very straightforward and explained in detail what they would do to repair my car. He was easy to work with and very professional. Update Finally after dealing with our insurance company to have them fix what awful job this shop did, it went to our mechanic. It was MUCH worse than expected. It literally almost fell on our new mechanic after ONE clip was removed!!! Had that clip given way when I was on the freeway with my children, well I think you know we would have been badly hurt or killed!! Shame on this shop for complete NEGLIGENCE! How dare you put the lives of my family in jeopardy to make a buck!!!
