My experience was great! Dr. Gajula was very attentive to my concerns. She provided me with all the information I needed for my health care plan. I am glad to have a professional and knowledgeable doctor who cares about her patients health. My second experience on 11/10/2025 was also great. Dr. Gajula explained beforehand what I can expect from the procedure she was about to perform and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She did a great job; I felt no pain. NP Monica and Dr Gajula and everyone was great. They explained everything to me thoroughly. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor.Also the banding procedure was done with gentle hands and didn't take 5 minutes. I was in and out in less than one hour. Could not ask for better. Thank you all so much ❤️
Everything was good, but The only advice that I can give you is if you are using your GPS to get there, don’t panic if it is taking you to the back side of the office that do not have any sign not even the number of the office. All that you can see is a paper on the door with the number that you are looking. then just drive around and you reach the main door and front desk for checking in. All the rest is great nice people, very professional and friendly for all that I highly recommend. Gabby C.
Good staff, didn't have a long wait. Was seen in a timely manner. Dr was attentive and listened to my issues and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend their services.
I've been seeing Dr. Gajula for several years in Sugar Land. She is a wonderful doctor. I recommend her. I'm so glad she now has a location in Richmond near me. The staff were all so nice!!
