Agreed to a price paid my bill for a procedure and a few months later get another bill for more than what i paid for the procedure. Aparently with out them telling you they can send your labs from the procedure to an outside place and they will charge you crazy prices. Not even sure what they did at the lab because once I woke up I was instantly told everything was fine? Beware they will charge you more than what you agree!! Got a other bill in the mail. Marta was very helpful. The NP was very helpful. I was glad to have a good explanation of what is going on and the explanation for the treatment recommendations. The first appointment was good. Unfortunately, the office never answers their phone. I’m also waiting for the doctor to put my treatment and next steps in the patient dashboard.
I love the customer service starting from the front desk, the nurse that check me in , to my nurse practitioner Mrs Crystal, and my check out/ appointment setter! I would rate my experience 100 💯! Thank you! I appreciate the staff for all they did for me
CRYSTAL WAS GREAT AS THE SCHEDULER, HE WAS ON HIS GAME. ALTHOUGH WE WERE INFORMED TO GO TO SUGARLAND THEN TO FIND OUT THAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS IN KATY, AT 3 PM TRAFFIC. OTHERWISE THEY MADE UP FOR IT. GREAT STAFF.
The customer service is great. Every person I had contact with made sure that I understood the procedure, the next steps, and what to expect throughout the process.
