NP Monica and Dr Gajula and everyone was great. They explained everything to me thoroughly. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor.Also the banding procedure was done with gentle hands and didn't take 5 minutes. I was in and out in less than one hour. Could not ask for better. Thank you all so much ❤️
The staff and doctors here are incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly and guided me through each step. Even though I came alone and faced a language barrier, I never felt lost or worried. I truly appreciate their care and dedication. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Good staff, didn't have a long wait. Was seen in a timely manner. Dr was attentive and listened to my issues and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend their services.
My experience was great! Dr. Gajula was very attentive to my concerns. She provided me with all the information I needed for my health care plan. I am glad to have a professional and knowledgeable doctor who cares about her patients health. My second experience on 11/10/2025 was also great. Dr. Gajula explained beforehand what I can expect from the procedure she was about to perform and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She did a great job; I felt no pain. The staff and doctors are cool, but that doesn’t make up for the long wait times and the random last-minute co-pays. I can put aside the long wait times every time I go in, and I don’t usually have this problem with phone call appointments. The issue comes when I check in online—later, they’ll call saying that I have a co-pay when the website clearly says I don’t.
