I was a patient here a few years back and I was always treated so well. Suddenly my medical insurance somehow changed and told me I needed to switch to a new provider that was in my network. Long story short, things changed recently and the 1st thing I did was change back to this office. The staff in this office are not only proficient and welcoming when you sign in, but they honestly feel almost like family as far as getting you taken care of. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me again. I have been going to Dr. Gajula for years. At the Sugarland location I had a problem and they got me in as soon as possible at the Katy location. I was very surprised to see Monica there. She usually takes care of me for my appointments. I really like her. Very attentive. Very knowledgeable. Can't wait for Dr. Gajula to do the necessary testing for me. Looking forward to it. I will not come back after today’s visit. There is too much wait time whether it’s waiting to be checked in or waiting to see your doctor for your procedure after check in. Average collective wait time is 30 minutes to an hour even if you show up early/on time to your appointment. Today I received a phone call in the morning to let me know the doctor will be an hour late and suggested a change to my appointment time (pushing my appointment from 3:30pm to 4:30pm). Very efficient office staff. Dr. Gajula shows concern and asks a lot of questions so that she understands what is going on before she makes her decision on what is to come next. I appreciate her taking her time and explaining things to me in full detail.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gajula’s for about 20 years. She has always been very thorough and always takes time to listen to my concerns and questions. I have had multiple colonoscopies with her, and Dr. Gajula is always meticulous at explaining results, offering ways to improve my health and test results when needed.
