Professional, expedient, friendly, compassionate. I felt totally safe and in the best care—which is rare for the medical world sadly. In this warm environment I felt seen and heard. I left wishing they could handle all of my medical issues! Monica is simply the best. Everyone I came in contact with from my first call was perfection.
Excellent experience. Professional and kind. The follow up call is necessary as I don’t remember seeing the Dr after the colonoscopy. The only issue was my medicine had it as a 2 day prep instruction. My instruction from the Dr was to complete by midnight. A little confusing. So be sure to clarify what they would like you to do as prep.
My experience with Dr Gajua and her staff has been exceptional and very thorough. They were in touch with test results as well as suggestions to make my appointments informative. I have been with the group for 15 years and am so very pleased with the quality of care I received
Professional and caring staff that goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the knowledge on the test to make an informed decision. They also respect your time, so wait time is extremely low. I would definitely recommend their service.
I walked in and went up to the front desk and there are two people at the desk. As I stand there no one looked up at me or acknowledged me. I stood there for a few more seconds and walked away to sit down. As soon as I sit down they call out to me. It is extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional to ignore someone. It set the tone for the entire visit. The PA I saw was great!!
