Everything was good, but The only advice that I can give you is if you are using your GPS to get there, don’t panic if it is taking you to the back side of the office that do not have any sign not even the number of the office. All that you can see is a paper on the door with the number that you are looking. then just drive around and you reach the main door and front desk for checking in. All the rest is great nice people, very professional and friendly for all that I highly recommend. Gabby C.
The staff and doctors are cool, but that doesn’t make up for the long wait times and the random last-minute co-pays. I can put aside the long wait times every time I go in, and I don’t usually have this problem with phone call appointments. The issue comes when I check in online—later, they’ll call saying that I have a co-pay when the website clearly says I don’t. NP Monica and Dr Gajula and everyone was great. They explained everything to me thoroughly. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor.Also the banding procedure was done with gentle hands and didn't take 5 minutes. I was in and out in less than one hour. Could not ask for better. Thank you all so much ❤️
Not a good experience. First of all, I didn’t see the doctor who I made the appointment with and secondly, they let me sign this test (for hpylori and liver test) which that’s not what i went for. I told them that’s not what I’m there for and she said that for new patients they do those tests. They didn’t even tell me about it that I won’t be getting the results that day until I asked and the Dr. said “oh it takes 2 weeks before you get the results “ . I love Dr Gajula and her office staff. Always efficient and never have to wait but a few minutes. They always take care of your needs very quickly. Dr Gajula is very experienced GI doctor. I recommend her highly.
