Phones are never answered by a person. Always have to leave a message. Questioned this from staff on first visit and she told me they don't answer phones, always have to leave message and the call will be returned "when they get a chance" Don't give results over the phone. You have to make appt. Staff was very nice when I went in for my first visit. The office in Katy is across the street from Methodist Katy, but they want you to go to Memorial Sugarland for procedures or the surgical center in Sugarland which is very far. V... read more

My experience was great! Dr. Gajula was very attentive to my concerns. She provided me with all the information I needed for my health care plan. I am glad to have a professional and knowledgeable doctor who cares about her patients health. My second experience on 11/10/2025 was also great. Dr. Gajula explained beforehand what I can expect from the procedure she was about to perform and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She did a great job; I felt no pain. Good staff, didn't have a long wait. Was seen in a timely manner. Dr was attentive and listened to my issues and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend their services.

The staff and doctors are cool, but that doesn’t make up for the long wait times and the random last-minute co-pays. I can put aside the long wait times every time I go in, and I don’t usually have this problem with phone call appointments. The issue comes when I check in online—later, they’ll call saying that I have a co-pay when the website clearly says I don’t. Everything was good, but The only advice that I can give you is if you are using your GPS to get there, don’t panic if it is taking you to the back side of the office that do not have any sign not even the number of the office. All that you can see is a paper on the door with the number that you are looking. then just drive around and you reach the main door and front desk for checking in. All the rest is great nice people, very professional and friendly for all that I highly recommend. Gabby C.
