The entire Colon Liver Gastro team is incredibly kind. They're very polite and knowledgeable. The doctor was very professional and addressed every one of my questions and concerns. I should mention that most of the team is bilingual (which is wonderful). Thank you all for your great work!!
The staff and appointment schedulers and medical staff that handles the information and instructions and insurance is very knowledgeable and patient, every one is verbally responsive and respectful and helpful and professional. While the nurse practitioner I saw was knowledgeable and kind, everything else about Colon Liver Gastro Consultants has been an ongoing frustration. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone—whether for scheduling, questions, or billing. The reception staff is consistently rude and seems poorly trained, often giving incorrect information or acting indifferent to patient concerns. The Staff members at this Clinic were so friendly and professional. Ms Serah was extraordinary. Dr. Monica was very polite and helpful and passionate I also discovered that the Doctor was very thorough in her consultation. So caring, encouraging and supportive. One other thing that I discovered about this clinic is that you’re treated very well. Their customer service is very superb.
Great experience from check in to leaving. Was able to express all of my concerns and the doctor was very compassionate and acknowledged what I was explaining. Doctor then made an excellent plan for my care and my medical tech was awesome. She was also kind and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for your care.💜
