NP Monica and Dr Gajula and everyone was great. They explained everything to me thoroughly. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor.Also the banding procedure was done with gentle hands and didn't take 5 minutes. I was in and out in less than one hour. Could not ask for better. Thank you all so much ❤️
Good staff, didn't have a long wait. Was seen in a timely manner. Dr was attentive and listened to my issues and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend their services.
Very disappointed. I had a colonoscopy in late September. I don't have insurance, so they charge me $2500 " everything included". A month later received 2 different invoice from the colonoscopy. I'm calling the office so I can talk to somebody about it and NOBODY ANSWER. All the offices. Nobody answers. Just the voice mail. From the colonoscopy the follow up appointment was through phone and says everything is fine but in the " notes" from the call says I have moderate diverticulitis. Like nothing make sense. Everything about my visit was pleasant. From the appointment all the way to the next level of care they gave to send me for my ultrasound referral appointment. They call me after work hours to make sure I would get my prescription filled. "Serving with ❤️
Dr Gajula has been my gastroenterologist for many years and has always been kind, warm, approachable and thorough. She has various locations to make visits easier for patients and all are great, but I think my favorite has been the Katy location for convenience (closer to me), the building itself is new and is just one story making it easy to find and navigate, as well as there is ample parking. I didn’t have a problem finding a parking space directly in front of the office.
