Best experience I've had having a procedure no one wants! A colonoscopy... Anesthesia was amazing and very fast. I woke up thinking I was still waiting for the procedure to be done when in fact it was over! @DrGajula was present from the time I was brought into surgical suite reading my prior results so she was familiar with my case. A comforting factor. Memorial Hermann Sugar Land was efficient and quick. Many thanks to the whole team for a pleasant experience!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I came seeking medical care and left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. The office appeared disorganized from the moment I arrived. Front and back desk staff seemed more engaged in personal conversation than ensuring patients were being assisted efficiently or paperwork was handled properly. Great service and attention. Dr. Monica asked about the main reason for my visit and answered all the questions I had. She was attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

I experienced a great communication system with the office. Both prior to visit as well afterwards. This made the visit seamless, avoiding the missteps that usually require further phone calls, waiting on hold, etc. I was even given the info sent to my pharmacy prior to leaving the office, again, avoiding frustrating mistakes. The office staff is super helpful and friendly! Very little wait time. Most importantly, Dr. Gajula was so patient, efficient and thorough. She is always reassuring. I have been seeing Dr. Gajula for many years. She is located in Sugar Land Methodist, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her and her clinic. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Gajula is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She saved my health years ago, and I am forever grateful.
