NP Monica and Dr Gajula and everyone was great. They explained everything to me thoroughly. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor.Also the banding procedure was done with gentle hands and didn't take 5 minutes. I was in and out in less than one hour. Could not ask for better. Thank you all so much ❤️
Everything was good, but The only advice that I can give you is if you are using your GPS to get there, don’t panic if it is taking you to the back side of the office that do not have any sign not even the number of the office. All that you can see is a paper on the door with the number that you are looking. then just drive around and you reach the main door and front desk for checking in. All the rest is great nice people, very professional and friendly for all that I highly recommend. Gabby C.
Greenhouse office looks poorly kept and closed from the outside. By state law practicing nurses must wear ID showing their level of practice. There wasn’t an ID badge to be found! No one had ID. So who does the patient talk with regarding appointment topic? Your guess is as good as mine! We could be talking to the next patient who is impersonating a nurse or MD. Beware!
The staff and doctors here are incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly and guided me through each step. Even though I came alone and faced a language barrier, I never felt lost or worried. I truly appreciate their care and dedication. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I've been seeing Dr. Gajula for several years in Sugar Land. She is a wonderful doctor. I recommend her. I'm so glad she now has a location in Richmond near me. The staff were all so nice!!
