I toured here not too long ago. David was nice and professional. The apartments seemed really nice and so did the people… then I came on here and read the reviews. We will be staying farrrr away from these apartments.
The leasing agent has a terrible attitude. She always sounds like she is on the defense about to get into a verbal or physical alteraction. Please be warned there are some weird practices happening with this apartment complex. I have been a renter since 2020 and never had any failure to pay rent or collections on my report. Yet, I needed to give out 2 months rent. Also, I am a remote employee and all the other landlords in other states like Tennessee, Maryland, and Pittsburgh, PA just wanted proof of income. Horrible apartment complex. Maintenance is amongst the slowest most incompetent group I've ever met. Love to take short cuts rather than fix the solution. My apartment here flooded 3 times. Their solution to fixing was draino and setting up a fan to dry the carpet. had mold all throughout the apartment afterwards due to it not being properly taken care of. They will take every dollar every chance they get also never care if you're having problems with other tenants this place is honestly a scam, DEEPLY DO NOT RECCOMEND
I have never lived in such a dirty and stressful apartment in my life. I should have seen the red flags but I had just had a baby the month prior and needed a place asap. From flooding to molds all around, to bugs, drainage, sewage flies you name it. I was always understanding because they were prompt with their repairs but they took me to collections without even prior notice.
