Really liked living at Colony Apartments. Location made daily things easy and everything felt close enough. Apartment was clean and move in went smooth. Management replied fast and made the process simple. Felt comfortable and would stay again.
The entire rental experience was handled professionally from beginning to end. Every question was answered quickly and moving into the apartment was simple. I would happily recommend this place to anyone searching for a comfortable home.

This place is a slum. Mice, cockroaches, bird mites, holes in the foundation, flooding, heat doesn't work, and railings are always broken. Rent increases with no intent to improve living conditions. I can't believe they still have their section 8 license. If you have a choice to live literally else I would do so. Zero stars if possible.
