Love this place! So quiet with many beautiful new homes, Latiyyah has been so friendly and helpful through the entire process. I’ve even seen her keep snacks and drinks in the office for the kids coming from the bus stop, she is such a blessing to this community!
Needs improvement and better management. Putting in Work orders is very unprofessional. They give us the run around about where to contact the property manager. I've followed those directions and my work orders have not been fulfilled. Property manager does not respond to emails. Maintenance does more work and keeps up with everything. We should not have to reach out to Maintenance personally for a work Order. Please do better because this is lazy stuff. We need communication through the portal instead. From day one Latiyyah has been nothing but a joy to us. I would highly recommend anyone to come live here. The hospitality is amazing! Community is quiet and VERY well kept. My new cozy hideaway. And their referral fees are AMAZING!!!
My husband and I got into our new home thanks to Ty being such a caring and helpful person! She got us this home withing 2 days of us reaching out! Would not have been able to do this if it wasn't for your genuine interest in helping us! Thank you so much Ty!!!
