Ordered online and everything arrived as advertised, well packaged, and in great time. I was having a hard time finding what I was looking for but Color Craft Vinyl had it all in one place and for an amazing price. Very excited to have found them and looking forward to ordering again!
I placed an order on New Years Eve and figured they would get it on Jan. 2nd. To my surprise, it was delivered on Jan. 2nd. Super fast shipping during the holidays! Prices are good and they have a huge selection. I'll be ordering from them again.
Placed an order for vinyl due to great prices. I ordered siser puff vinyl. The vinyl came promptly, however after cutting and pressing it was the incorrect vinyl. I sent two emails with no response. I called, and was informed I would be contacted. Over a week later no response. I call back, they need to figure it out and call me back. Then offer me a store credit. Really?! This place ships fast so I can get on with my project. I use to order all permeant vinyl from them a few years back until I found a place cheaper that carried more colors of all types of vinyl. Now it seems the other place is changing what they stock so I have turned back to Color Craft. I have no issue with the vinyl they sell. I never had a issue always quick shipping. They will again be my go to place for vinyl
I have nothing but great things to say about the helpful staff at Color Craft. I have been buying all my vinyl from Color Craft for several years now. I have never had a problem with any Siser product. I have used many different types of Siser vinyl including: easy puff, easy wed, flock, glitter, easy subli and more. The staff has always been able to answer any question I regarding use and application. I will continue to support this business in the future.
