I’m a new customer, and unfortunately my first experience with Color Craft Vinyl wasn’t very good. One of the ORACAL 651 12" × 5-yard rolls in my order arrived damaged, with the vinyl peeled away from the liner, folded over, wrinkled and creased. Another roll had some minor damage too, but this was the one I was mainly concerned about. I sent several photos and followed up more than once. This is an excellent company to do business with. They're prices are great but the biggest plus is service after the sale. My vinyl was packaged and sent within just a few hours. They message you letting you know updates and arrived at my house quick. After arrival I received email thanking me for service. This is a top notch team that'll get you rolling whether you're a business or a hobbyest.

Excellent selection with a quick turnaround, but I had a few 12x12 pieces that weren't cut properly. (I have not had a chance to go through all of the vinyl purchased but so far 2 out of 4 pieces are not square. Thankfully I ordered extra for my project
