I booked a course online, and closer to the date of the course I reached out to confirm the details over the email that’s listed on the website. No reply for two weeks, so I called them. Over the phone they told me they don’t offer that course and politely offered a refund. It’s been over a month and I still didn’t get the refund. Sounds like a scam.
Was looking forward to setting up a 1:1 training class as advertised on their website. Filled out the form on their website, did not hear back. Called and left a message, no call back. Called again, and was told that it was too cold (it was during winter), and to try again in a couple months. Fair enough. Fast forward to summer, tried filling out the form, but did not hear back. Bill was a great instructor. Very informative. I really learned a lot from this class. I am also glad I got in before the law changes to require an 8 hour class!
People should be aware that this course contains a sales pitch for their legal defense company which sounds like a multilevel. That pitch added about an hour to the length of the class. The second part of the class describing the parts of a firearm and safe handling procedures was gone over very fast and in a perfunctory manner. I would consider this to be a very basic class and I hope people go beyond it and get hands-on firearm training as I have done previously. The instructor (Bill) was very well versed in the law and used many realistic, common sense scenarios to explain things. He gave good advice and knows his material inside out. Excellent class! I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this group.
