My general dentist explained she couldn't finish the root canal due to my long roots that face the other way. I got referred to Dr. McBride. My appointment was 7 days away. By the fourth day, I was in horrible pain, I felt weak and sick. I asked the front desk staff for earlier appts but it was still a week out. I was traveling from Iowa. I called ahead and they got me in for a consultation that afternoon the next morning at 8 o'clock. I have my root canal. I wouldn't say it's pain free. But I felt a lot better after the procedure. Everybody in the office was very kind and courteous a well run business.
This office is a well-run office that cares about their patients and was sensitive to the pain I was experiencing unlike my Dentist that waited 7 days to see me. The root canal procedure here with Dr. McBride was virtually painless and I had very little discomfort the days following the procedure. They even did a follow up phone call to see how I was healing up. I highly recommend them!! They did the root canal the same day I first visited them for evaluation. Great office.
Dr McBride did an excellent job explaining and retreating a prior root canal. The procedure was pain free. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and Dr. McBride. The cost of the procedure was explained thoroughly and included a follow-up call about the insurance payment which I appreciated. I would recommend Colorado Root Canal Specialist to anyone needing treatment for a root canal issue.
