My 2.5 y/o had his first dentist appointment today, & Mrs. Bailey had everything ready for him & made him comfortable as soon as he walked in her office. Dr. Kate also made him comfortable even if it was for a couple minutes to check his teeth! We will be back!!
I absolutely love this dental office! I’ve been going to them for years, and I will not go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and genuine care. The entire team is warm, patient, and incredibly professional. They always make me feel comfortable, explain everything clearly, and truly take the time to make sure I’m well taken care of.
Wonderful experience, we moved to the area and everyone is kind and professional. We have good teeth overall so the cleaning is quick and efficient. The office is nice with great window views when you’re in the chair and a tv!
No one ever says how enjoyable their dentist visit was! However, My first visit with Columbia Dental was good. The hygienist was so thorough and explained every step along the way. I even had to leave early and the staff helped make that work. Best dental visit I’ve experienced in a long time.
I had such a great experience at Columbia Dental with my youngest daughter. She usually struggles with loud noises and has a hard time sitting still, but the staff was so patient and understanding. They went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and kept the whole process as smooth and painless as possible. From start to finish, the team was kind, professional, and genuinely caring.
