I don’t often leave reviews but it’s the least I can do for Columbia dental and their staff. I had 2 emergency same day appointments for root canals and was seen immediately and couldn’t be more grateful as the pain was intense. I have been to a few dentists and I feel like other dentists are quick to drill quick to bill and take advantage of people in pain. I feel confident with Jared’s opinion and I stand behind his work, Great guy and to the point. Thanks Doc
My 2.5 y/o had his first dentist appointment today, & Mrs. Bailey had everything ready for him & made him comfortable as soon as he walked in her office. Dr. Kate also made him comfortable even if it was for a couple minutes to check his teeth! We will be back!!
They offered to get me in same day for pain. Scheduled for another date though. Dentist took plenty of time explaining to me my issue. Then they scheduled offsite appointment for me with who they recommended while I was there to assure I had received the best patient/customer service.
I had such a great experience at Columbia Dental with my youngest daughter. She usually struggles with loud noises and has a hard time sitting still, but the staff was so patient and understanding. They went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and kept the whole process as smooth and painless as possible. From start to finish, the team was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Awesome dentist! I had a painful spur come up all of a sudden. I called and got in to see him in only a couple days, even as a new patient. Dr Huvar said it should heal itself in a short time and work he would do on it would prolong the healing. I have a couple small cracks that could use a crown, but he said, no rush. I can do it when I am ready. I have been to dentists that pressure me to do multiple things ASAP at a huge cost. I understand there is urgency in many cases.
