Took my almost 4 year old today and we had a great time for a dentist office visit. All the ladies are very nice and the tech was awesome! She walked my daughter through every step and made her feel very comfortable.
Yesterday was my first visit to Columbia Dental. Who likes to go to the dentist? Not me and so I put off cleanings. I walked into Columbia dental and was pleasantly surprised at the decor. It was very plush. I was greeted right away and asked to finish up one last document that I did not complete at home. It is nice that the documents are sent before the visit so that I didn't have to sit in the office and complete them. I don't remember the name of who greeted me but she was very nice. Columbia Dental has great service. I never have to wait for long for my appointments, the technicians are professional, the staff is kind, and the dentists take their time to make sure you understand everything. Highly recommended.
Great staff. Attentive informative. Comfortable environment. Front staff got my insurance in network very accomodating great explanation of billing... Hygienist very personable and professional. Columbia Dental was able to get me into their schedule quickly as a new patient and took care of my issue the same day after giving me different treatment options and explanations on what would truly benefit me long term . The staff was so caring & helpful!
