The VA set my appointment with Colunbia Edodontic group. My VA dentist informed me that he refers all his patients that need root canals done to them, because they specialize in them. Upon arriving I was immediately set at ease. Both the Dr. And his assistant both had great tone and confidence in explaining what the procedure was going to be like, in such a way that I was instantly put ate ease. First time patient. I was impressed how quickly they were able to work me in for an urgent root canal. The staff and dentist treated me with respect and a caring attitude. Treatment resolved the problem with very minimal post op pain.
If you must have a root canal, this is the place to go. The doctor and the nurse worked really well together and they made it a comfortable experience. The follow up was great… The doctor called the next day to see if everything was OK. Thank you for getting me in quickly! First time for a root canal, hopefully the last. Gotta say, it was not nearly as bad I thought it was going to be. Pretty sure I fell asleep for a while. Very professional, informative, made me aware of the process of the procedure and the cost up front. I had a little anxiety going in but immediately that went away once in the chair.
