I recently came in for a root canal appointment. Upon entering I was greeted by friendly faces. I was then taken back for a consultation.We discussed what issues I was having with my mouth and was offered a solution. The doctor I worked with had excellent bedside manner and did an honest and professional job. The final x-ray was an exceptional addition to solidify that the work done was up to par. After a couple of days all the pain was completely gone. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you.
Exceptional staff! Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. The procedure was thoroughly explained to me and the dentist, I believe his name is Dave or David, was SUPER nice, very professional. My only complaint is the dental chair. Extremely difficult to get into and very uncomfortable. Not made for big people. Also, you are expected to pay at the time of service what your insurance won’t cover, however, this is well explained before your appointment more than once, along with an estimated cost so there are no surprises. ... read more
A root canal is not the best thing to have done but Dr. Kosa was absolutely on point and professional. Explaining what was going on and how he was fixing it. Even the way he gave me the first shot of novacain was actually easiest I’ve ever had. The team was quick to get me in and the following up on me the next day was very much appreciated.
I’m the biggest wimp when it comes to dental treatment. But Dr Kosa was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and took the time needed to answer all my questions and concerns. His assistant was top notch!! Soft gentle calming voice that helped to settle my panic anxiety. She was amazing. Hope to NEVER have to do this again, but if so, this is where I’ll return! 🙏🏻
Dr. Melhaff was kind, thorough, gentle and competent. He answered my questions and did a great job on my root canal. I can eat anything without pain now. My thanks to him and his staff. They were all great. Kitty
