I’ll be honest, I don’t love going to the dentist. My anxiety is always high when it comes to dental visits. Really impressed with these guys. Their many years of experience makes them the best in the area. I had a tooth that seemed kind of borderline on whether or not I needed to have a root canal or not and I really appreciated the doctors educational description of what’s going on and being conservative. Doesn’t look like I’m gonna need to have one at this point, but he told me what to watch for over the next couple of months and is happy to help me out if I do need it.
My visit to this dental office was remarkably comfortable. The entire staff demonstrated outstanding customer service, greeting me warmly with smiles and working seamlessly together as a cohesive team. Staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Kosas explained the procedure every step of the way. Really appreciate his demeanor and attention—including a follow up phone call to check on me the next day. Would recommend this practice to anyone needing a root canal!
