RecommendedFrom the moment I met Valeri for a tour of the facility it felt like home. I was treading in unfamiliar territory as I needed a place for my mother to be cared for during the last chapter of her life. The Cottage is a special place for women only. Alina in the business office assured me she would guide me through the process , and she did from the beginning to the end. I was in that facility from Oct till April for rehab. Some of the staff are great while others do not care, they feel like they can talk to the patients anyway they want, and nothing is done. Some of my clothes disappeared, some was given to other residents while who knows where my other clothes went, when you say anything about it, that is as far as it goes. They sent some important mail back while they forwarded other mail to me, the food most of the time was cold, as if they put it in the refrigerator until it was time to... read more
