The staff was very friendly, a nice welcoming atmosphere, there was water, coffee and snacks provided in the main lobby. The staff and the doctor were really friendly and helped explain everything and what steps I could do in my treatment plan. And a good bag was given to me as I left.
I needed to get a root canal before a Holiday weekend & they fit me in quickly. Everyone was very kind & explained the process each step of the way. They continued to ask if I was comfortable.
The extra care put into making the patient comfortable & relaxed was amazing. Everything was explained before it was done & they never felt rushed or in a hurry when talking with me. I was able to get an appt right away. They were extremely friendly & the blanket/neck pillow offered were icing on the cake! Highly recommend!!
Had a root canal done twice in this place and both times they were very thorough. The staff were very specific about your comfort and make sure you are doing well before l, while and after the procedure are done. I would like this place to do another appointment if I needed. Highly recommend.
Great Experience for a not so great situation. Everyone was very welcoming and they explained every part of the process very clearly and allowed for questions. If I every need another root canal, I'll absolutely contact Columbia River Endodontics.
