This was my first visit to Columbus Endodontics and it was a great one. A very friendly and professional staff greets you as soon as you walk in and I immediately felt at ease. The office and work spaces are bright and clean and the place was humming with activity as numerous patients were being efficiently and quickly attended to. I was treated very well and the doctor took plenty of time to explain my situation and provide clearly explained options. I look forward to continuing my treatment here.
Friendly at reception and helpful lady that did my checkout was friendly with a bright smile and quick. Dr. Jacobs and his assistant were awesome talked to me during procedure explained things fully so I knew what they were doing and why the whole staff was just Awesome and Dr Jacob’s!! Everyone at this office is so friendly! I immediately felt super comfortable and relaxed the whole time. They were patient with my sensitivities and listened to any issues I was having with my teeth. Their evaluation process is much more thorough than anywhere else I’ve been.
Dr. Jacobs is so attentive & caring. He is so easy to talk to. I feel I get specialized care with him. Staff is always attentive to details & explains plan & cost up front.
Root canal, just saying it is painful. Dr Jacob's shure made the procedure go smooth. Pretty smooth with the needle and drill. My only root canal wasn't so bad. I recommend Doc Jacob fore your Endodontic needs. Thanks, Joe
