This was my first visit at the Pickerington location. As a new patient I knew I would have online forms to fill out. I gave the receptionist my insurance card and she told me not to worry about adding the insurance information to the forms. She would take care of all that. She took the initiative to help out when she didn’t have to. Scored big points with me! The online form was simple to fill out and quick.
