Wait time in waiting room was good. Wait time once in patient room was a bit long. Provider could’ve been more informed. Ok experience overall.

I normally see another provider in the practice, but had to cancel and when I called in, I was scheduled with Mary the NP due to being able to be seen by her quicker. She was AMAZING. She had a way of making me feel comfortable and heard. I felt like I was talking to a friend vs the typical cold and routine Practitioner/ Patient relationship. Since I am done having children, I will be switching to seeing Mary as my practitioner from now on.

My Nurse Practitioner really listened to me. She was patient and treated me with respect. She included me in my care plan and was extremely knowledgeable in the hormone replacement subject. She was genuine and I’m really happy to finally have found someone who was open to ideas and treatments I’ve been wanting to implement.
