Remodeled last year, new management, security cameras, new playground, new picnic tables, new park-like BBQ's, & free wi-fi although it doesn't work very well (poor strength & available bandwith). For Rural HUD housing it is not bad, however I've lived in better with faster response from management regarding tenant concerns. The real issue is truly the poor quality of some tenants and slow process of management to do something, anything, about it. Overall an okay (not bad) place to live.
I like it a lot bc there no spiders
Bed bugs and roaches beyond imagine... Extremely infested.
